Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House consider the Conference Committee report on CSHB 69(FIN)                 
and SCS CSHB 69(RLS) am S (page 3599), at this time.                           
                                                                               
Representative Phillips moved that the House adopt the Conference              
Committee report, thus adopting CCSHB 69.
